Enfin Ushuaia après 5 ans de voyage!

Et voila Ushuaïa en Argentine: le vrai bout de la route, le point le plus au sud du continent. Ça nous a prit un paquet de temps pour arriver ici, mais si c'était à refaire, on le referait sans hésiter...peut être sans le passage en prison au Mexique...quoi que ça fait des histoires à raconter!

Maintenant qu'on est arrivé au bout et que tout le monde pense qu'on va rentrer en France, et bien on fait demi tour comme si de rien n'était et on reprend la route du Nord. (On s'est quand même saouler au bout du continent, histoire de marquer le coup!)

And here is Ushuaia in Argentina: the real end of the road, the southern most point of the continent. It took us a bunch of time to get there, but if we had to do it again, we would do it without hesitation ... maybe without the passage in jail in Mexico ... whatever, that makes stories to tell!

Now that we get to the end and everyone thinks we're going back to France, well we turned around as if nothing happened and we took the road north. (We did get drunk at the end of the continent, to celebrate!)

Les alentours d'Ushuaïa sont jolies, ça ressemble un peu à la Bretagne...avec des pingouins. D'ailleurs ce sont les pingouins qui nous on le plus plu ici.
Et c'est à la sortie de l'île de "Tierra del Fuego" qu'on trouve la plus incroyable des colonies de pingouins Magellans: des miliers de petits costards sur une immense plage et partout dans les dunes!

The surroundings of Ushuaia are pretty, it looks a bit like Brittany ... with penguins. Besides, it is the penguins that we liked the most here. 
And it is at the exit of the island of "Tierra del Fuego" that we found the most incredible Magellan penguin colony: thousands of littles tuxedos on a huge beach and everywhere in the dunes!

 Après les pingouins, les lions de mer un peu plus au nord. Ici aussi un chouette spectacle en plein vent! Bon, on sait , on a un peu abusé avec les photos d'animaux mais bon c'est comme ça!! Et de toutes façons c'est pas comme si il y avait beaucoup d'humains dans le coin!

After the penguins, the sea lions a little further north. Here too, it's a nice show !  
Well, we know we did abused with the pictures of animals but hey, it's like that!
And anyway it's not like there were a lot of human being around!

On va faire une pause avec les animaux, et passer la 3éme parce qu'on a rendez vous 2500 kilomètres plus au nord avec la famille de Katia en Uruguay!

Let's make a break with animals, and move on a bit, because we have a meeting 1500 miles up north with Katia's family in Uruguay!
